What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Pennsylvania Pest Solutions provides the pest-control work described in your estimate or service agreement. General service may include inspection of accessible areas, identification of common household pests, and treatment of agreed locations using EPA-registered products according to their labels.

We follow the Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act, 3 P.S. § 111.21, applicable applicator certification rules in 7 Pa.

Code Chapter 128, and recordkeeping requirements under 7 Pa. Code § 128.111.

Philadelphia notification rules apply where required. Work outside the written scope, including wildlife removal, major repairs, sanitation, and specialized treatments, requires a separate agreement.

We will explain proposed additions and seek your approval before doing them. Product use and disposal must follow label directions and applicable local waste guidance; the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture can provide disposal information.

We also follow applicable U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection requirements.

Pennsylvania State University Extension may offer general pest information, but it does not replace a site-specific inspection.

Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method we make available. We will confirm the visit window and any preparation or access instructions known at booking.

Please provide accurate contact details, tell us about access restrictions, and follow preparation directions so the technician can assess or treat the agreed areas. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

Any cancellation deadline or fee will be disclosed in your estimate or service agreement before it applies; if no such term is stated, contact us to discuss the change. We may need to reschedule for unsafe conditions, unavailable access, or other circumstances that prevent the planned work.

If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the agreed scope, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before proceeding. A visit is not approval for additional work, and we will not treat areas outside the authorized scope without your consent.

How Quotes and Payment Are Handled

An estimate describes the work and price based on the information available when it is prepared. The amount may need to be revised if an inspection reveals different pest activity, access conditions, or treatment needs.

We will explain any change and obtain your approval before starting added work. Unless the written estimate or service agreement states otherwise, an estimate is not a promise to perform work beyond its listed scope.

Payment is due according to the timing and method shown in your written agreement or invoice. Please review those details before authorizing service and raise questions before work begins.

You remain responsible for charges for work you approved and received, subject to applicable law and the written agreement. We do not state a price or payment arrangement here because costs depend on the service requested and conditions at the property.

Contact us if an invoice appears inconsistent with your approved estimate; we will review the documented scope and charges with you.

What Our Service Commitment Covers

Pennsylvania Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your approved service agreement with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable pesticide requirements. Any service warranty, retreatment commitment, coverage period, or other remedy applies only if it is stated in writing for your specific service.

These terms do not create a general warranty or promise that pests will never return. Results can depend on pest type, property conditions, sanitation, access, and actions outside our control.

If you believe agreed work was not completed as described, contact us promptly with the service date and concern so we can review the records and determine an appropriate response under your written agreement. Coverage may not apply to areas or pests outside the approved scope, conditions that arise after treatment, or changes to the property that interfere with the service.

We will explain any applicable warranty terms before you authorize work. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Service and Property Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, any liability of Pennsylvania Pest Solutions for a claim related to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, pest conditions outside the agreed scope, or effects caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control. Please tell us about known sensitivities, property concerns, and access restrictions before treatment, and follow the technician’s safety instructions and product-label precautions.

Our work is subject to the Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act, 3 P.S. § 111.21, certification requirements in 7 Pa.

Code Chapter 128, and applicable FIFRA labeling and use requirements. We use EPA-registered products according to their labels and maintain application records as required by 7 Pa.

Code § 128.111. Applicable Philadelphia notification rules are followed where required. These terms do not reduce statutory protections or an agency’s authority.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or an appointment, contact Pennsylvania Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@pennsylvaniapestsolutions.top. Our listed address is Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Blvd, Philadelphia, PA.

Your approved estimate or service agreement may contain details specific to your property and service; please read it alongside these general terms. If a written service agreement conflicts with this page on a service-specific point, the written agreement controls to the extent allowed by law.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the applicable website page, with a revised date where available.

For existing appointments or services, we will communicate material changes through the contact information on file when required or appropriate. Changes do not retroactively alter completed work or charges already incurred.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply as permitted by law.

Service Expert at Pennsylvania Pest Solutions

I started in pest control in Philadelphia, where older rowhomes, shared walls, and stone foundations call for careful inspections and clear treatment plans. I built this company to help Pennsylvania residents address pests early and understand what we’re treating, especially as humid summers and cold-weather shifts bring different pest pressures.
